How It Works

Fill Out The Questionnaire

Your fitness needs and goals are unique, so it is important to tell us a little about yourself before your consultation. Complete the questionnaire, email it to us, and get matched with an industry expert.

Schedule an Intro Session

Before purchasing a package, you can schedule a risk free introductory session. We will determine the best fit for you based on your goals, needs and budget.

Purchase Sessions

Once you've decided that you want to move forward, it's time to purchase sessions. You will have the option to select from four packages of varying frequencies. The larger the package you purchase, the less per session you will spend.

Get Fit

Begin scheduling sessions with The Fit Therapy. Most clients schedule two to three sessions per week, however you are free to meet with us as often or infrequent as desired. Your sessions have a one year expiration.
